Cancellation with 2 weeks notice - no fee.
Cancellation 3 days notice with immediate reschedule - no fee.
Cancellation 3 days notice without immediate reschedule - 1/2 base rate 
Cancellation under 3 days notice with immediate reschedule - base rate .
Cancellation under 3 days without immediate reschedule - full fee.
