why workshops? When we learn together, we learn to grow together, and team performance increases exponentially. The team becomes a place of continuous growth, more humane, more effective, and more joyful.
The energy of the group allows for wisdom to come forth that could not have been predicted or programmed. It also allows for human connections to be created and fortified, so that everyone leaves feeling heard, enlightened, and enlivened. Some of the organisations I have had the honour to assist in their development are: Goldman Sachs • Samaritans • Barclays • Renault • MindBody • Toyota • Credit Suisse • University of Cambridge School of Clinical Medicine • Cockpit Arts • Accenture • Turning Point |
how does it work?We begin by assessing the needs of your people. What are they like when they're at their best? What's getting in the way? How can we help them to grow, to reach their top performance, to exceed your expectations?
Then we get creative. Your success is my top priority. I will help you to devise whatever programmes support your teams best. From there we consider what you already have within your teams, what I am best placed to deliver, and what we can help you to source elsewhere. Personally I am experienced and happy to work with groups from 1 to 20 at a time. I have delivered talks for groups up to 500, and have created workshops for teams of 2 up to organisations of 47,000. If I'm not best placed to give you what your team needs, I can help find someone who is. |
what can we do?Here are just some of the concerns I have helped people to address in workshops and group events so far:
