Smell it first. That's my policy. We can tell from the smell of things if they're likely to help us or hurt us. We have over 5 million cells devoted to olfaction, and when we smell something, we don't just pick up on a scent - we awaken an emotion.
Working with scent gives you creative control in a world that's always making you smell something or other.
It gives you the power to feel what you want to feel, and dance in the world of emotions with the trust and playfulness of a well-loved child.
how does it work?
You receive aromatherapy either as part of a massage, or in a blending session. The massage allows immediate delivery of aromatherapy to your body. This gentle medicine is absorbed into your skin and through your nose to do it's work. The blending session allows you to gain clarity in your goals and intention while you create your own skin and hair treatments, or room sprays and cleaning products.
You leave a session with a greater sense of clarity, and create scented solutions to all sorts of problems.
what does it do?
Aromatherapy is the application of essential oils for their impact on the health of your body, mind, and environment. Each oil has a range of properties to support you in all aspects of life.
Peppermint oil, for example, is very enlivening, tastes fresh, increases circulation, and keeps mice away.
Whether you want to soothe your skin, support your emotions, or clean your home, essential oils offer us an ethically and ecologically sound, and beautifully scented palette with which to paint.
